Our size guide, available on each product page, provides detailed measurements to help you choose the perfect fit. Please allow for 1-3cm differences due to the stretchability of the material and variations in measurement methods. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to assist!
Please allow a 20-30% discrepancy in colour due to variations in lighting and screen resolution. These differences are normal and will not be considered a defect.
SHIPPING
All online orders placed during business days are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
As for orders placed after 12pm on Friday or during the weekend, please allow the order to be dispatched the following Monday.
Delivery time is measured from when your order is dispatched and does not include any hold ups that may occur due to local custom procedures. Kindly make sure that there is someone to collect the parcel from your doorstep to avoid any delay.
Domestic Shipping = 2- 4 business days.
International Express Shipping = 2 - 4 business days.
International Standard Shipping = 5 - 7 business days.

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail/sms with a tracking reference and the courier service provider we used to shipped the order.
Please allow a couple of hours for the tracking detail to register in the system before tracking it because information will not be available immediately.
Please also note that once the parcel is passed over to courier service, the handling of the parcel is out of our management.

Therefore, this charge is the responsibility of the customer (importer) and not MUSE (exporter).

As long as it’s within 7 days (upon receiving) and it’s not a sale item, we can exchange for you. Make sure the tag is still on and the product is not washed or damaged. Kindly send back to us. Please also note that shipping fees will be charged before exchange.
